Only just got back from Florida, we had a week in Sarasota after our two weeks at your place - so sorry for delay in replying.
Your house was wonderful - perfect size, perfect location. We found it no problem at all and we've never been so close to Disney - our party spanned three generations and everyone loved it ! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.
Whilst I'm on, I have to say you've got yourself a great management company, the house was spotless.....a bit of a rarity.... Be glad your company is working well for you. We couldn't fault your house at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Your villa was probably the biggest contributor. The grandchildren simply loved the pool and spa. In fact when we asked the 6 year old the best part of the vacation she said "the pool". Each day at Disney the two oldest kept saying, "Let's go back to the pool"! The baby items were a great help to us. We used all of it! Thanks for the strollers! The benefit of the directions was quite helpful especially the shortcut to Disney - Thanks! We used the game room several times, our favorite was the air hockey game. The TVs in each room was wonderful. You seem to have come up with the perfect vacation villa for those with children. Thanks for being so considerate!
The management company had complimentary eggs, bread, juice, milk, butter, etc when we arrived and we thought that was wonderful. We loved the bread especially!
We know this is lengthy but wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your villa and we will definitely recommend the villa to our friends. No doubt we will return to your villa when we return to Flordia. Thank you so much for everything you did!

Just thought we would give you some feedback on our holiday.
First of all many thanks for the card and champagne for our silver anniversary, that was a nice touch.
The pool heating was fantastic!
The location and setting of the villa was perfect for our short stay, being close to all of the shops and restaurants.
